For a team development experiential learning event, book our unique program in which your team can sit on (or near) stage among an acoustic rock band for a close-up view of verbal and non-verbals that musicians use to achieve tight performances. "Scott Greeson Music" partners with us to provide the music. An assessment from Everything DiSC is included.

  • Leadership Lessons Translated from the Ranch to the Team in the Conference Room

    In this unique leadership workshop, I share stories and facilitate conversation with your group to bring concepts to life around team dynamics and role selection. Using stories from the llamas and horses that I train for obstacle courses and liberty work, I translate the lessons to the conference room for improved communications and team dynamics.

    This non-traditional perspective on team communications provides memorable learning in team member alignment and project efficiency.

    I have taught the program in the Technical Management Institute at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue, and have keynoted the topic for the University of Texas-Austin.

    In the past year, while offering this session virtually, I have been able to include a llama on a Zoom call for part of the presentation which makes for a fun and higher-energy conversation.

  • Leader and Team Communications Through Music Immersion

    The music immersion experience for your leaders is a unique and fun way to experience non-verbal communication at work among a band on stage.

    In small groups of 3-4, immerse yourself in the on-stage experience as a performing band (entertaining the others in your leadership group) plays music. You and your team get a close-up view of how non-verbal communication among the team of band members transcends the music to create tight performances. The cohesive group of musicians you interact with have been together for decades. Their work as a cohesive team is a major contributor to their success.

    This is a memorable way for leaders to glean takeaways about leader and team communication that they can put into action in their role in your organization.
