What Is The Five Behaviors® Certification?

As a Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner, you'll have the power to create a culture of teamwork, with high performing teams that elevate the entire organization and drive results. The Five Behaviors® Practitioner Certification course is a virtual, two-week, learning experience designed for practitioners who want to deepen their level of expertise in The Five Behaviors. The course consists of:

Self-Paced Learning

Five engaging, immediately-applicable self-paced learning modules that you’ll retain access to after the course concludes.

Virtual Classroom

Four live, virtual classroom sessions over two weeks – each week, you will participate in two 120-minute sessions where you can share and learn from the experience of other professionals.

Certification Exam

Take the final Certification Exam to measure your understanding of the key concepts of The Five Behaviors.

Upon successful completion of the exam, participants will earn the credential of The Five Behaviors Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping cohesive and high-performing teams—knowledgeable in the language of The Five Behaviors.
